Booking Terms

These Booking Terms apply to reservations for DROP Collective retreats. By submitting an enquiry and completing a reservation, you accept the terms set out below.

Reservation process

Places are confirmed by enquiry, followed by a personal call to confirm your level, expectations and suitability. Once approved, a secure payment link is issued to complete your reservation.

Deposit

A deposit is required to secure your place. Your reservation is only confirmed once the deposit is received.

Final payment

The remaining balance is payable before the retreat, according to the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking. Failure to settle the balance by the stated deadline may result in the loss of your place and forfeiture of the deposit.

Limited availability

Each edition is limited to a maximum of twelve guests. Places are allocated on a first-confirmed basis.

Minimum participants

A minimum number of participants is required for the retreat to run. If the minimum is not reached, DROP Collective may postpone or cancel the edition — in which case deposits are refunded in full.

Flights

Flights are not included. Guests are responsible for booking their own travel to and from Palma de Mallorca airport (PMI).

Travel insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended, covering cancellation, medical care, personal belongings and sports activities.

Itinerary adjustments

DROP Collective may make minor adjustments to the itinerary when necessary — due to weather, operational requirements or the wellbeing of the group. The character and standard of the experience will always be preserved.

Accommodation

The official hotel partner is confirmed before the retreat. Should the confirmed accommodation need to change for reasons beyond our control, a replacement of equivalent or higher standard will be arranged.

• Daily padel training with a professional coach
• Premium rackets, welcome pack and welcome dinner
• Private yacht day along the coast (subject to weather)
• Private transfers to and from Palma de Mallorca airport

What is not included

• Flights and travel insurance
• Meals and drinks outside the published programme
• Personal expenses, spa and treatments
