A new way to gather.
DROP Collective was born from a simple idea: the best moments in life are not the places you go, but the people you meet along the way.
I always felt that sport, travel, and shared experiences had something in common — they bring strangers together in a very real way. So I started creating what I call "drops": intimate experiences in different places around the world where people come together, disconnect from routine, and reconnect with themselves and others.
Each drop is unique. Each group is different. But the intention is always the same: connection.
This is not a retreat. This is not a camp. This is a drop.

Guests who love the game and love the way it's played. Adults looking for a small, considered escape where padel is the thread — and long lunches, quiet coastlines and good company are the reward.
Anywhere from confident improver to competitive player is welcome. Sessions are led by a professional coach and shaped around your game, in small level-matched groups so every day on court feels rewarding.
Most of our guests do. You'll be paired thoughtfully by level and language with a small international group — you arrive on your own, and leave with a circle.

Of course. Non-playing companions are warmly welcome and can share the suite, the welcome dinner and the yacht day. Just let us know in your enquiry and we'll tailor the experience.
Padel shoes, light training kit, swimwear, and something considered for the evenings. Rackets are provided. We send a full note once your place is confirmed.

A deposit secures your place, with the remaining balance payable before the retreat according to a schedule shared at booking. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
