Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in retreats organised by DROP Collective. Please read them carefully. By making a reservation you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them.

Scope of services

DROP Collective designs and organises small-group padel retreats, including accommodation, coaching, activities and private transfers as described in the programme of each edition. Services not expressly listed as included are not part of the retreat.

Participant responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal information at the time of booking
• Hold a valid passport or ID and any visas required for travel
• Arrive on time for scheduled activities and transfers
• Behave respectfully towards other guests, staff and partners
• Comply with the rules of the accommodation and venues used

Liability limitations

DROP Collective acts as the organiser of the retreat and works with independent partners for accommodation, transport, coaching and other services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DROP Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers beyond our reasonable control.

Health and fitness

Participation in padel and related activities requires a reasonable level of physical fitness. Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to take part and must disclose any relevant conditions in advance. Guests take part in all activities at their own risk.

Force majeure

DROP Collective is not liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, pandemics, acts of government, war or terrorism.

Photography and video

DROP Collective may capture photography and video during the retreat for editorial, promotional and archival purposes. By participating, guests consent to the use of their image in these materials. Guests who do not wish to be featured can inform us in writing before or during the retreat and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate the request.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and within the retreat materials — including the DROP Collective name, brand, photography, copy and programme design — is the intellectual property of DROP Collective and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Spanish courts.
