Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
DROP Collective ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data controller
DROP Collective is the data controller responsible for the personal data processed through this website and our booking process. You can contact us at hello@dropcollective.co.
Contact form
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email, phone, nationality, padel level and any message you send us. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and to organise your reservation. The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send occasional updates about future editions and new destinations. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email. The legal basis is your consent.
Stripe payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you complete a payment, Stripe receives the information required to process the transaction (name, email, billing details and card information). DROP Collective does not store your full card details. Stripe acts as an independent data controller for payment data — see the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Data storage and retention
Personal data is stored on servers within the European Economic Area or on servers operated by suppliers offering adequate safeguards. We keep your data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, and to comply with our legal obligations (typically up to five years for accounting records).
Sharing your data
We only share personal data with trusted partners strictly for the purpose of delivering the retreat — the hotel partner, coaching team, transport provider and payment processor. We never sell your data.
Your rights
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to certain processing
