Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. The following policy applies to every reservation with DROP Collective.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable once the retreat is confirmed. The deposit secures your place and covers non-recoverable commitments made on your behalf.
Remaining balance
The remaining balance follows the published payment schedule shared at the time of booking. Amounts paid beyond the deposit may be subject to partial or no refund depending on how close to the retreat the cancellation occurs.
If DROP Collective cancels
If DROP Collective cancels the retreat before it is confirmed — for example if the minimum number of participants is not reached — all deposits and payments received are refunded in full.
Transferring your place
With prior approval, you may transfer your reservation to another participant. The replacement guest must meet the same suitability criteria and accept these terms.
No-shows and unused services
No refunds are offered for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures or any element of the programme that is not used.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation for personal reasons, medical events and sports activities.
